A detailed experimental study of electron cyclotron resonance (CR) has been carried out at 4.2 K in three modulation-doped GaAs/Al0.3Ga0.7As multiple quantum well samples in fields up to 30 T. A strong avoided-level-crossing splitting of the CR energies due to resonant magnetopolaron effects is observed for all samples near the GaAs reststrahlen region. Resonant splittings in the region of AlAs-like interface phonon modes of the barriers are observed in two samples with narrower well width and smaller doping concentration. The interaction between electrons and the AlAs interface optical phonon modes has been calculated for our specific sample structures in the framework of the memory-function formalism. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which confirms our assignment of the observed splitting near the AlAs-like phonon region is due to the resonant magnetopolaron interaction of electrons in the wells with AlAs-like interface phonons. 相似文献

Triton X-100 was oxidized in aqueous solutions with the presence of O2 using photocatalysis and H2O2 addition alone or coupled. New supported TiO2/Al2O3 catalysts modified with vanadium and cobalt were used. Catalysts were prepared using the classical impregnation method (CIM) and the double impregnation method (DIM). The effect of the physico-chemical properties of the catalysts on its activity were studied. The Fourier transform infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy (FT-IR/PAS) method to characterize the interactions between selected aminopolycarboxylic acids and inorganic oxides surfaces is reviewed. In this work, the adsorption of four aminopolycarboxylates (biodegradable and with augmented biodegradability; all in the form of sodium salts), viz. ethylenediaminedisuccinic (EDDS), diethylenetriaminepentaacetic (DTPA), N-(hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic (HEDTA) and methylglycinediacetic (MGDA) acids on: zirconia, titania and alumina was carried out. Resonant transmission and Goos–Hänchen (GH) shift for Dirac fermion beams tunneling through graphene double velocity barrier structures (DVBs) are investigated theoretically. Analytical and numerical results demonstrate that strong resonant tunneling effect occurs in this structure and is highly dependent on the incident angle and the structure of velocity barriers. The resonant tunneling in graphene DVBs belongs to the Fabry–Pérot resonance and leads to oscillated conduction at wide energy range. It is also found that GH shifts in this structure can be enhanced by the resonant tunneling and multi-GH shift peaks with giant magnitudes can occur at these resonant energy positions. These special properties of GH shifts in graphene DVBs may have good application in lateral manipulation of electron beams and valley or spin beam splitter. 相似文献

A tin layer 0.8 nm thick was deposited onto the CeO2(1 1 1) surface by molecular beam deposition at a temperature of 520 K. The interaction of tin with cerium oxide (ceria) was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), ultra-violet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) and resonant photoelectron spectroscopy (RPES). The strong tin-ceria interaction led to the formation of a homogeneous bulk Ce-Sn-O mixed oxide system. The bulk compound formation is accompanied by partial Ce4+ → Ce3+ reduction, observed as a giant 4f resonance enhancement of the Ce3+ species. CeO2 and SnO2 oxides were formed after oxygen treatment at 520 K. The study proved the existence of strong Ce-Sn interaction and charge transfer from Sn to the Ce-O complex that lead to a weakening of the cerium-oxygen bond, and consequently, to the formation of oxygen deficient active sites on the ceria surface. This behavior can be a key for understanding the higher catalytic activity of the SnOx/CeOx mixed oxide catalysts as compared with the individual pure oxides. 相似文献

The L2,3-M2,3V resonant Auger electron spectroscopy (RAES) spectrum of Ti metal measured by Le Fêvre et al. [P. Le Fêvre, J. Danger, H. Magnan, D. Chandesris, J. Jupille, S. Bourgeois, M.-A. Arrio, R. Gotter, A. Verdini, A. Morgante, Phys. Rev. B69 (2004) 155421] is analyzed in the light of relaxation and decay of the resonantly excited L2,3-hole states. The relaxation time of the resonantly excited L2,3-hole state to the fully relaxed (screened) one is much shorter than the L2,3-hole Auger decay time, whereas the participant Coster–Kronig (CK) decay time of the resonantly excited L2-hole state to the fully relaxed L3-hole state at the L2 resonance is as short as the relaxation time of the resonantly excited L2-hole state to the fully relaxed one. The excited electron is predominantly either rapidly decoupled from the L2,3-hole decay or annihilated by the participant CK decay. Thus, near the L2,3 edges the L2,3-M2,3V RAES spectral peak appears at constant kinetic energy. The L2,3-M2,3V RAES spectrum shows a normal L2,3-M2,3V Auger decay profile not modulated by the density of empty d states probed by the resonant excitation. Not only the relaxation time but also the participant CK decay time depends on photon energy because they depend on the density of empty d states probed by the resonant excitation. As a result, the L2,3 X-ray absorption spectroscopy spectral line broadening depends on photon energy. 相似文献

提出利用快速扫描光学延迟线(Rapid Scanning Optical Delay Line,RSOD)作为光学相干层析成像(Optical Coherence Tomography,OCT)系统的相位调制器,并采用正弦驱动方式(谐振扫描)来提高扫描频率,进而实现高频相位调制的方法.介绍了基于RSOD相位调制器的干涉信号包络解调方法,分析了大振镜低频率线性驱动、小振镜高频线性驱动和大振镜高速正弦驱动三种实施方案对OCT性能的影响,并针对谐振扫描方案中轴向扫描的非线性提出了图像畸变定量校正的方法.结果表明:RSOD大振镜谐振扫描的模式能够兼顾系统成像速度、成像范围以及系统信噪比的要求,是一种行之有效的相位调制方法. 相似文献

We analyze the dynamics of bright-bright solitons in two-component Bose-Einstein condensates (BECs) subject to parametric perturbations using the variational approach and direct numerical simulations. The system is described by a vector nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NLSE) appropriate to coupled multi-component BECs. A periodic variation of the inter-component coupling coefficient is used to explore nonlinear resonances and splitting of the coupled bright solitons.
